The Church in My House

1 Corinthians 16:19
The churches of Asia salute you. Aquila and Priscilla salute you much in the Lord, with the church that is in their house.
Colossians 4:15
Salute the brethren which are in Laodicea, and Nymphas, and the church which is in his house.
Philemon 1:2
And to our beloved Apphia, and Archippus our fellowsoldier, and to the church in thy house:

The word "church" used in the Bible means "called out." The church in the Bible is not a building or a religous denomination. The church in the Bible is made up of believers "called out" by God and born again of His spirit. The first century believers met, as do many believers today, in their homes rather than in a "church building." The church in the home is made up of the believers who fellowship together in that home.
