Psalm 42:1-2a   As the hart panteth after the water brooks, so panteth my soul after thee, O God.   My soul thirsteth for God, for the living God: Psalm 63:1   O God, thou art my God; early will I seek thee: my soul thirsteth for thee, my flesh longeth for thee in a dry and thirsty land, where no water is;

  God has promised in Matthew 5:6 that they which do hunger and thirst after righteousness shall be filled. In Christ we have been given the righteousness of God and filled with holy spirit. As we continue to thirst after God in our walk He will continue to fill us according to His riches in glory by Christ Jesus.
