God and His Mercy Psalm 90:2    Before the mountains were brought forth, or ever thou hadst formed the earth and the world, even from everlasting to everlasting, thou art God.

God and His Mercy Psalm 103:17a    But the mercy of the LORD is from everlasting to everlasting upon them that fear him . . .

   The word "everlasting" means beyond sight or past the vanishing point. God has been here since before the begining and He will be here beyond all endings. From everlasting to everlasting He is God. God's mercy is His lovingkindness in action toward those who love and reverence Him. God is love. His mercy has always been and will always be upon those who fear (awe, love, respect) Him.
